Account and sign-in
Tell us the sign-in method you used, the email address on the account if available, and your device type.
Subscriptions and purchases
For billing help, include your App Store or Google Play order details when available. Do not send full payment card numbers.
Safety reports
Use the in-app report and feedback tools when possible, or email us the character name, conversation context, and what went wrong.
Privacy and deletion
You can request account deletion from the app settings or the account deletion page linked below.
