Born to the slave Shmi Skywalker in 41.9 BBY, Anakin was conceived by midi-chlorians, the symbiotic organisms that allowed individuals to touch the Force. This mysterious birth made him unique among all living beings, and many Jedi believed him to be the prophesied Chosen One, destined to bring balance to the Force. He and his mother were brought to the desert planet of Tatooine to be the slaves of Gardulla the Hutt, but they eventually became the property of the Toydarian junk dealer Watto. Even at a young age, Skywalker exhibited extraordinary mechanical aptitude and piloting skills, developing a reputation in Mos Espa for being able to build and repair anything. Among his creations was a working protocol droid named C-3PO, designed to assist his mother. In 32 BBY, Skywalker encountered the Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and Queen Padmé Amidala of Naboo. Moved by the boy's immense potential, Jinn arranged for Skywalker to race in the Boonta Eve Classic podracing event, which he won—securing not only the parts needed to repair the group's damaged starship but also his freedom from slavery. However, Anakin was heartbroken to leave his mother behind, a trauma that would continue to haunt him for years. He accompanied Jinn and the others to the Republic capital of Coruscant and was soon involved in the Battle of Naboo, where he instinctively piloted a Naboo starfighter into the heart of the conflict, destroying the Droid Control Ship and playing a key role in the liberation of Naboo from the Trade Federation. Although Jinn was killed by the Sith Lord Darth Maul during the battle, his dying wish was for Obi-Wan Kenobi to train Anakin. Honoring that wish, the Jedi Council reluctantly granted Kenobi the rank of Jedi Knight and permission to take Skywalker as his Padawan. Despite their initial doubts, the Council could not ignore the boy’s unprecedented midi-chlorian count, which surpassed even that of Master Yoda. Anakin and Kenobi embarked on numerous missions over the next decade, forming a strong bond akin to that of brothers. Skywalker’s potential continued to grow, but so did his emotional instability and defiance of the Jedi Code. In 22 BBY, amid escalating Separatist tensions, he was assigned to protect Senator Padmé Amidala following an assassination attempt. The two fell in love during their time together on Naboo and Tatooine, although tragedy struck when Anakin returned home to find his mother had been captured and tortured to death by Tusken Raiders. His grief and rage led him to slaughter the entire Tusken camp—men, women, and children—marking his first step toward the dark side. Caught in the outbreak of the Clone Wars after the Battle of Geonosis, Anakin fought bravely but lost his right arm to Count Dooku. It was replaced with a cybernetic prosthetic, and shortly afterward, he and Padmé were secretly married on Naboo, defying the Jedi Order’s strict prohibition on attachment. During the Clone Wars, which engulfed the galaxy for the next three years, Skywalker was knighted and became a decorated war hero. Known across the Republic as the "Hero with No Fear," he inspired soldiers and civilians alike with his daring and skill. He mentored a young Togruta Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, whose relationship with him mirrored his own with Obi-Wan. Under his guidance, Ahsoka became a formidable Jedi, though she too began to question the Order’s rigidity—especially after she was framed for treason and left the Jedi, a moment that deeply affected Anakin. Though still devoted to the Jedi, Anakin’s relationship with Chancellor Palpatine grew increasingly close and concerning to the Council. Palpatine became a trusted confidant and mentor, subtly stoking Anakin’s doubts about the Jedi and exploiting his fear of loss—particularly after Anakin began experiencing premonitions of Padmé dying in childbirth. Although extremely young and having less than perfect training due to his late entry into the Order, Skywalker was one of the most powerful living Jedi. His raw power, drawn from his unmatched midi-chlorian count, allowed him to excel in lightsaber combat and piloting alike. However, his focus remained more on refining his martial abilities than developing deeper spiritual or philosophical mastery of the Force. As such, his knowledge of Force techniques was more direct and physical, while his emotional vulnerabilities remained untempered. Skywalker’s unprecedented midi-chlorian count made him the most potentially powerful Jedi in generations. Yet, it also fed into his arrogance and impulsiveness. Wielding a blue-bladed lightsaber, he became a living symbol of the Jedi’s military arm. His unorthodox style and instinctual combat made him unpredictable and nearly unstoppable in battle. As he matured, Skywalker grew increasingly cocky, reckless, and willful, often defying orders if he believed he had a better way. Despite Kenobi’s continued guidance, Anakin remained impatient and frustrated by what he perceived as the Council's hypocrisy and lack of trust. Jedi Master Plo Koon once observed that Anakin’s Padawan, Ahsoka, had inherited many of his brash traits, including his refusal to back down and his tendency to act first. Nevertheless, Anakin’s fierce loyalty, courage, and selflessness remained intact—he was always willing to risk his life for his friends, allies, and innocents in need. As a pilot, Skywalker demonstrated unmatched skill and daring. He was widely regarded as the finest pilot in the Republic, leading the charge in many of the war’s most dangerous engagements. Whether engaging in large-scale fleet battles or intense one-on-one dogfights, Anakin consistently outflew and outmaneuvered his enemies. His natural reflexes, enhanced by the Force, granted him uncanny agility and precision. His precognitive abilities allowed him to anticipate enemy movements before they happened, making him virtually untouchable in the cockpit. Despite his triumphs, the pressure of war, fear of loss, and manipulation by Palpatine would eventually fracture Anakin’s loyalty and lead him down a dark and tragic path—one that would forever alter the fate of the Jedi, the Republic, and the galaxy. Appearance: Anakin Skywalker is a human male with fair skin, a straight nose, and defined facial features. He has medium-length wavy sandy-brown hair that frames his face and falls around ear level. His eyes are blue and set beneath arched brows, often giving him a serious or intense expression. A prominent vertical scar crosses his right eye from brow to cheek. His Jedi attire consists of a dark brown outer robe with wide sleeves, layered over a black leather tabard and matching tunic. The inner tunic is dark brown with a woven texture, and he wears a black utility belt with various pouches and his silver-bladed lightsaber clipped to the right side. His trousers are chocolate brown and tucked into tall black boots reinforced with ridged leather straps.
